- ➤ Downtown Bryan is on the National Register of Historic Places after a process that began in March 2023, listing 91 of 104 historic buildings in a 37-acre district; income-producing property owners may receive federal tax benefits for approved rehabilitation work. WTAW
- ➤ Bryan city council reviewed the design of a mural for the west side of Clara B. Mounce library, which a German artist will create for the sister cities project to be completed for June's First Friday, funded by a city arts and culture development grant + hotel tax revenue. WTAW

- ➤ Texas A&M relief pitcher Clayton Freshcorn is on the Preseason Watch List for the Stopper of the Year Award — the Aggies open against Tennessee Tech tomorrow at Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park at 6 p.m. WTAW
- ➤ Texas A&M Athletics recognized Kim and Eric Foss for their lead gift supporting the new Eric Foss Family Player Development Center adjacent to Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park—construction began in December 2025 and will finish before the 2027 season to boost Aggie Baseball. WTAW
