- ➤ Bryan approved an economic development agreement in December 2023 for a developer to build multi-family housing and an H-E-B-anchored shopping center on a site bordered by Boonville, Briarcrest, and Green Valley Drives. Delineators installed at the entry will be removed when construction begins, which must start by 2028. WTAW
