- ➤ Anne Black, the executive director of OPAS, will retire after 41 years at Texas A&M this August and will advise the team as they prepare to announce Season 54 on April 22, continuing a legacy that made OPAS a key part of the Brazos Valley arts scene (founded in 1972). WTAW
- ➤ Bryan police investigated a threat at Rudder High School on Tuesday afternoon – the lockdown was lifted at 1:35 p.m. Texas A&M’s OPAS Executive Director Anne Black, who led the series for 41 seasons, will retire in August while season 54 is set to be announced on April 22. WTAW
