- ➤ Texas A&M broke ground on its new 80,000 sqft Semiconductor Institute on RELLIS campus — the facility is scheduled to open in spring. The Eagle
- ➤ At an April 6 meeting, Bryan ISD detailed a nearly $36M project to replace the Merrill Green stadium fieldhouse and video board, with design wrapping up later this year—video board removal is set for December and demolition will begin next February before a new fieldhouse opens in May 2028. - ➤ Bryan city manager and former mayor Andrew Nelson is undergoing treatment for a brain mass found in recent scans. Mayor Bobby Gutierrez said city work continues uninterrupted as his family (requesting privacy) handles his care. WTAW
