- ➤ Texas A&M Track and Field shined at the Oregon Team Invitational at Hayward Field on Saturday when Debora Cherono broke the women’s 1,500m school record in 4:15.99 while the team won 12 of 22 events and set five all-time marks and achieved seven personal bests. They will head to the Penn Relays from April 24 to 26 and the J-Fred Duckett Twilight on April 26. WTAW
- ➤ Texas A&M split a doubleheader against No. 2 Arkansas at Baum-Walker Stadium, with Jace LaViolette hitting three home runs as the Aggies secured their third straight series win in Fayetteville since 2016 — the team now has back-to-back road wins over top-ranked foes and will host Sam Houston on Tuesday at 6 p.m. at Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park. - ➤ The Texas A&M women’s tennis team lost 4–2 to the Georgia Bulldogs in the SEC Championship final at Yarbrough Tennis Center on Sunday—now the team awaits Selection Sunday on April 28th to learn their NCAA tournament seeding.
