- ➤ The city of Bryan said on July 4 that police mistakenly detained the wrong man while serving an arrest warrant on an undisclosed charge and that an internal investigation into why his brother was detained is expected to take over four weeks—police arrested a man with the same last name on July 10 but would not confirm if he is the intended target.
