- ➤ Texas A&M announced that Dr. Angela Wilson will lead its $1.4 billion research enterprise starting April 1, 2026. The new vice president of research comes from Michigan State and brings a successful quantum computing lab to support cross disciplinary efforts. WTAW
- ➤ College Station ISD held a ceremony Thursday where district leaders, staff and students signed the final beam for the new CTE Center (a career tech facility) in College Station, marking a milestone before construction continues. The Eagle

- ➤ Texas A&M soccer coach Bobby Shuttleworth on Thursday announced a revamped coaching staff by naming Marc Burch as assistant coach effective immediately and Ali Hanif to join in January 2026, with Alyssa Bower and Curt Magnuson continuing their roles at Ellis Field (Aggieland). WTAW
